I broke my leg/ankle, had surgery, but am on the mend now. Looking forward to conversating about whatever. Yes, I was disqualified for the State Tourney in Charleston, but hopefully, the USBC will see Larry Meredith for what he really is and reinstate my win. Appeals in process. There still are honest people bowling tourneys! Looking forward to bowling in Lucky 13 R/O end of June. Missed the SE Regionals, but Sean Peck, my big brother rolled a 300 and dedicated it to me. Hopefully it will win him something! What's up with ya'll?
Hello - Am curious about the disqualification from the state tourney in Charleston. Am a long term GCBA bowler, and know all the locals involved in hosting the tourney here. You mention Larry Meredith as being responsible for your situation - what exactly was the problem? I didn't bowl this year, even though it was at my home house, because he set the cut-off for entries long in advance of the event. I was concentrating on the city tournament, which was well before the state, and then found out the state was closed even though still over a month away!
